We retain submitted website information only as long as necessary to address the original inquiry and maintain an accurate record of business communication. If you wish to request deletion of your website inquiry data before that point, contact us at the email below.

This part applies to Zenrith Edu, a multi-tenant school management platform for managing students, teachers, classes, attendance, results, fees, and day-to-day operations through role-specific interfaces for school administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Zenrith Edu has launched and is available for download. Where this Part B and Part A differ, this Part B governs Zenrith Edu data.
Zenrith Edu collects and stores the following categories of information in order to operate the school management service:
Collected Edu information is used exclusively for providing the school management service, including:
Zenrith does not sell, trade, or share Zenrith Edu personal information with third-party organizations. Access inside the platform is role-based:
Schools use Zenrith Edu to administer their own institutions. School administrators manage user accounts, enter and maintain school data, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter. Zenrith's role is to provide the platform — tenant-isolated infrastructure, role-specific interfaces, and the features described on the Zenrith Edu product page — and not to direct day-to-day school decisions about admissions, grading, fees, or discipline.
Zenrith Edu does not offer automated self-service account deletion on this website. Deletion is requested through the school administrator that manages the account. See the public request process on the data-deletion page, which explains the administrator-mediated process, the 30-day personal-data removal period, and the up-to-90-day backup period.
Zenrith Edu is designed for educational use and may be used by students under 18:
Zenrith Edu stores data on Google Firebase, which provides the database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure for the service. No advertising or third-party data-resale services are used for Edu personal information. Hosting infrastructure may process connection metadata (such as IP addresses and request logs) for standard operational and security purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. For website inquiry data, contact us using the information below. For Zenrith Edu data, submit the request through your school administrator first, because the school manages Edu accounts and records; if the administrator cannot resolve the request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes affecting Zenrith Edu users will additionally be communicated through in-app notifications. We encourage visitors and users to review this page periodically.
Privacy-related inquiries and data requests can be sent to zenrith.hq@gmail.com. Zenrith Edu users should first contact their school administrator for account-related privacy requests.
For general inquiries, visit the contact page. For the account/data deletion request process, see the data-deletion page.
