Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Zenrith website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

By using Zenrith Edu, you agree to these terms as supplemented by the Zenrith Edu provisions below and by your school's policies. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Website use

This website provides company and product information for Zenrith. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through contact forms
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without authorization

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, page designs, and visual assets — is the property of ZENRITH (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.

Product names such as Zenrith Food, Zenrith Support OS, Zenrith Security OS, Zenrith Edu, and Zenrith Ride are trademarks of Zenrith. All rights reserved.

All content, features, and functionality of Zenrith Edu are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product descriptions on this website are high-level summaries provided for informational purposes. Zenrith Edu has launched and is available for download. The other Zenrith products are in active development and testing. Availability, features, platform listings, and product details may change as development progresses.

Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to release, a guarantee of specific features, or a representation of market readiness of any product.

Zenrith Edu service

Zenrith Edu is a school management platform providing academic record management, attendance tracking, communication tools, and reporting for schools, teachers, students, and parents. It covers class and subject management, homework and diary entries, attendance, examination scheduling, marks and results, fee-record tracking, timetables, leave applications, and school-wide communication. Zenrith provides the platform; each school administers its own institution within its isolated tenant.

Zenrith Edu accounts and roles

Zenrith Edu operates with four distinct user roles:

• School administrators: full access to manage school data, including students, teachers, parents, classes, and academic records. Administrators are responsible for all data entered into the system and for managing user accounts within their institution
• Teachers: manage homework, diary entries, attendance, results, and communicate with students. Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of the academic data they enter
• Students: view their academic records, attend tests where offered, apply for leave, and communicate with teachers. Students must use the app responsibly and honestly
• Parents: monitor their linked children's academic progress and apply for leave on behalf of their children. Parent access is view-only for linked children's data

Accounts are created by school administrators. You may not create an account without authorization from your institution. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. School administrators who create accounts for others are responsible for ensuring those users understand and agree to these terms.

Zenrith Edu acceptable use

Use Zenrith Edu only for its intended educational purposes and in accordance with your school's policies:

• Permitted: managing and tracking academic progress; communicating about school-related matters; recording and viewing attendance, homework, and results; managing fee records, leave applications, and timetables
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Do not enter false or misleading academic information or attempt to manipulate marks, attendance, or test results
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, or to exceed your role-based access
• Do not harass, bully, or send inappropriate messages to other users, including through chat or messaging features
• Do not use chat or messaging for non-educational personal communications unrelated to school activities
• Do not share screenshots or data from the app with unauthorized parties; treat fee information, academic records, and personal data as confidential
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or abuse the security of the service

Academic integrity

Academic records — including attendance, results, and homework — must be entered accurately and honestly. Teachers are responsible for the accuracy of marks and attendance they record. Students must not attempt to manipulate or falsify academic records. Suspected academic fraud should be reported to the school administrator immediately.

Zenrith Edu notifications and fee records

Zenrith Edu sends in-app notifications for academic events such as homework, results, attendance, exams, timetable changes, news, and leave updates. Notifications are generated from actions taken in the app and are stored for reference. Users cannot opt out of critical academic notifications.

Fee features are a record-keeping and tracking system for recording and monitoring school fee payments. Zenrith Edu does not process actual financial transactions or payments. Fee records are the responsibility of the school administrator, and disputes about amounts or payment status must be resolved directly between the school and the concerned parties. Parents can view fee records for their children but cannot modify them.

Privacy and school policies

All Zenrith Edu user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. School administrators act as the managers of their school's data and are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or institutional consent before enrolling students. Users consent to the collection and processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data shared in the app must be relevant to school activities only. Where your school's policies impose additional rules, those school policies also apply.

Termination and suspension

A school administrator may terminate or suspend access for users within that school at any time, including for violation of these terms or of school policies. Upon termination, the right to use Zenrith Edu immediately ceases. Terminated Edu data is handled under the retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy and the data-deletion page.

The website may contain links to external services, platforms, or profiles. Zenrith is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website. Access to external links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zenrith makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenrith disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Zenrith Edu is provided "as is" for educational management purposes, without warranties. Schools are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the system. Zenrith is not responsible for decisions made by schools or teachers based on data within the app.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Zenrith, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website, any content accessed through it, or any communication initiated through it.

For Zenrith Edu, the developer is not liable for loss of academic data due to device failure or connectivity issues, or for decisions made by schools or teachers based on data within the app. Users access Zenrith Edu at their own risk and responsibility, and Zenrith will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.

Changes to terms

Zenrith may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Significant changes affecting Zenrith Edu users will additionally be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the site or of Zenrith Edu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
